Rates 2008

In Season
June 28th - August 30th

$3,995.00 + taxes

Off Season June, September & October
Per week Saturday - Saturday

$2,900.00 + taxes

Spring or Fall Get-Away

Call for a spring & fall weekend get-away!
2 days minimum - $600.00 (6 people) $100.00 per day for additional people.

Exchange Rate

All rates are subject to 5% GST & PST Sales Tax of 10%.
(rentals prices are for total of 8 adults - $100.00 per week for additional adults each)

Reservations:
A deposit of 25%, confirms your reservation payable by money order or personal cheque.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit of 25% is non-refundable if booking is cancelled after 30 days before arrival. If booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival then a $100.00 booking fee will be charged. If a cancellation should occur after the 30 days and another booking occurs then the deposit less $100.00 will be refunded. If no bookings occur and the balance of the rental has been paid there will be no refund.
